EHdK is looking for an Assistant Office Manager
As an Assistant Office Manager at EHdK, you will play an essential role in supporting our team (24 colleagues) and promoting the efficiency of our daily activities. Together with our Office Manager, you will be responsible for various interesting support tasks to support our Advisors. Your experience and personality will make you the perfect addition to our team. We are looking for an Assistant Office Manager for approximately 32 hours per week, with flexible days and hours.
The work our Advisors do for our clients requires quite a bit of organizing, from planning series of appointments to organizing small-scale events (internal and external). Together with the Office Manager, you will ensure that our office is fully equipped.
