Interest in EPA from Denmark “Frision approach to FACT”

Together with Freddy van der Veen (Manager EPA Pilot in Friesland), Hans Kroon (Trimbos) Koen Westen and Margreet Groen (CCAF), colleague Pim Candel traveled to Virborg in Denmark. The Dutch delegation was there at the invitation of one of the three Danish regions that wants to get started with the "Frisian approach to FACT."
Interesse in EPA vanuit Denemarken

In Friesland, integrated work by mental health care, addiction care and neighborhood team in one team has been underway for several years. The good results are generating interest across national borders. Danish social workers, practitioners and directors want to know what results this approach brings and what steps they themselves can take to implement it as well. We hope to welcome more partners with ambitions for cross-sectoral collaborations in the future.
