New brochure: ‘Organizing neighborhood work’

Where is the best place to start? This team will help you with that.

Several municipalities are now exploring how best to shape neighborhood-oriented work within the social domain. Questions that arise here are: where to start? How do I involve residents in community-oriented work? How do administrators, civil servants and professionals work in the neighborhood with a broad perspective? And how do I give community-oriented work a place in procurement?

Commissioned by the VNG and the District-oriented working program of the Care for Youth Support Team (OZJ), EHdK has compiled the existing knowledge around district-oriented working and translated it into a concrete approach for shaping and organizing district-oriented working; ‘organizing District-oriented working’.

This publication can also be found on the website of Beweging Brede Blik. The Beweging Brede Blik has been commissioned by VNG and VWS to investigate what is needed to organize in the youth domain much more from and in connection with the ordinary lives of children, youngsters and their parents.
