Our approach: anything but an ordinary consulting firm – EHdK
What we do
EHdK helps administrators in vulnerable people’s care achieve their social goals. We want to contribute to a better society. We do projects to start or get more out of collaborations with others. We also do projects to realize innovation and help administrators put their own organization in order. We are not an agency that comes in with as many people as possible, organizes psychotherapy sessions or writes fist-thick reports.
We work with you and your people, are business and project oriented, and know the language and speech of healthcare, so we really get things done. Abstract plans, we don’t like that. We do. We actively collaborate, speak the language and tackle projects transparently.
We are hired to ensure that the plans actually get off the ground – in this we differ from traditional consulting firms. In other words, we are not a consulting firm but a doing agency!
we do.
We actively participate.
We are knowledgeable about the market.
We are transparent about what we do.

for whom?
We work for organizations in youth care, mental health care, public health care, forensic care, elderly care, disability care, addiction care and hospitals. We also work for the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS), the Ministry of Justice and Security (JenV), the Association of Dutch Municipalities (VNG) and various municipalities throughout the country.
This is how we do
As a doing agency, we are pragmatic and focused on the end result
We help achieve social goals by:
1. Taking the goal as the starting point
We provide upfront clarity the goal in terms of “what” and “when. Then we map out in detail all the steps that need to be taken to get there. This provides insight into what needs to be prioritized today to achieve the result.
2. Making process transparent to all
We do this by making it clear when which subject will be discussed, which people will have to work on which assignments or who ultimately gets to decide. Clarity in advance gives peace of mind.
3. Making sure things actually get done
Scheduling appointments, keeping a finger on the pulse, thinking along where necessary, sometimes making elaborations if people can’t figure it out, reports, reports, you name it: we do everything to make sure the momentum is maintained.
