Starting consultant

Do you really want to improve the Dutch health care system? Are you able to comprehend complex issues? Do you want to get started on strategic, social and business issues? Are you a doer who works well together in a diverse

If you answer “yes” to the above questions then there’s a good chance you’ll want to work at EHdK. As a junior consultant you will be sitting at the table with administrators from day one. Together with your colleagues you will work on social problems and come up with concrete solutions that make healthcare better.

EHdK focuses on the development of young talented people. To this end, we have a broad range of training programs in which you spend at least two days a month. We find that young talents with their energy, ambition and perseverance can make a lot of social impact for our clients. Wij zijn op zoek naar

Are you someone who:

  • Is eager to learn and curious, not afraid to make mistakes and sees it as a challenge to learn new things;
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, sees opportunities and wants to contribute to the development of a young and fast-growing organization
  • Is analytically strong and can distinguish main and secondary issues
  • With strong social skills and a good sense of political relationships between people;
  • Is not easily intimidated, remains calm under stress and can handle feedback well;
  • Has a self-starting and self-motivated ability
  • Good command of the working language of Dutch
  • We are looking for candidates who are a unique addition to our current team

And have you in addition:

  • Your university master’s degree (nearly) completed or up to 1 year of work experience
  • Learned in your studies to understand and analyze quantitative information
  • Pursued one of these studies: Business Administration, Engineering, Health Sciences, Economics, Public Administration, Psychology, etc.

Apply?
After an introductory meeting, the application process begins. The application process consists of a CV, letter and video selection and a capability analysis. This is followed by one or two job interviews. The final stage is the selection day with a capability test, personality analysis, an oral case and several informal introductory interviews with colleagues.

Schedule for the upcoming recruitment round:
May 31 submit CV, letter and video.
June 8 – 19 job interviews
June 24 selection day
Starts mid-August (by arrangement)
