Florine Tielman is a fresh talent at EHdK. She completed the master’s degree in Leadership & Change Management at VU University Amsterdam and prior to her time at EHdK she gained experience at a corporate and as a model.
Besides her inquisitive and spontaneous nature, Florine sees through processes like no other. She wants to use her creative power to improve mental well-being in the Netherlands. Increasing queues and more complex care demands, combined with less and less (suitable) staff, result in care that is more difficult to access. By helping to make the chain to mental help more logical, broader and more efficient, she wants to help people access mental care faster. Or as she herself says: “I don’t know how yet, I’m still learning in practice, but I think it would be nice to do my bit to improve mental well-being in the Netherlands by making (young) people aware of the current culture and how we could move it towards a healthier, happier and more collective existence.
