With a background in Psychobiology and a master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, she began her career at the Alzheimer’s Center. There she became fascinated by the complexity of health care, not just at the individual level, but precisely how science and care relate to society as a whole. She pursued a major in Science in Society, which focuses on societal challenges within healthcare. The common thread? The desire to make a greater impact. Not just helping patients, but contributing to solutions that make a difference for many people.
At EHdK she can do exactly that: translate social issues into understandable communication and policy that works. She gets energy from clear language, sharp analyses and projects in which you build something with different parties.
Outside of work hours, she is almost always on the move. She is a big sports fan, whether playing sports herself or standing along the line as a fan. Teamwork is important to her: getting something done together that you would never achieve on your own. That is exactly what drives her, in sports and in her work.
Talent wins games, but teamwork and intelligence win championships.
