The Leadership Program on Suicide Prevention helps executives from the mental health, youth and addiction care sectors develop concrete plans to improve suicide prevention in their organizations. The key question? “What can I do in my role to improve suicide prevention in my organization? Participants work for four half-days on understanding their own organization, leadership style and formulating a change strategy. They share their insights with each other and reflect together. <\/p>\n\n
