Reporting abuse, complaints or tips?
Our clients deserve high-quality service. Therefore, we never compromise on the quality of our work. We guard our quality, integrity and results through internally established agreements.
Do you have suggestions, complaints or want to report (alleged) wrongdoing?
The regular process of reporting complaints and suggestions takes place in the contact between the client and the EHdK project manager. If that is not sufficient or not appropriate for the situation, there are other options for reporting suggestions, complaints and any abuses:
You can email or call EHdK’s Office Management at info@ehdk.nl or 020-2611230. These channels are available to clients, suppliers and others who have a business relationship with EHdK and all EHdK employees.
What happens to the report?
The report will be received and handled by EHdK’s Office Management. The reporter will receive a notification of receipt. We intend to handle the complaint within 10 working days, if it takes longer you will be notified of the progress within 10 working days.
