Sascha earned her master’s degree in Management, Policy Analysis and Entrepreneurship in Health & Life Sciences and then worked as a consultant at Accenture for organizations in healthcare and government. She made a conscious move to EHdK to work closer to social impact.

Sascha likes to dive deep into the content to properly understand an issue and come up with advice that is factual and achievable. She is empathic and goal-oriented and gets energy from working with different parties on a supported solution. Within EHdK Sascha mainly works on IZA-projects, where cooperation and change go hand in hand. She translates complex tasks into concrete steps forward and brings overview and structure. Colleagues and clients appreciate her calm approach, sharp pattern recognition and solutions that are both humane and feasible.

Sascha lives with her boyfriend in Weesp and loves sports and being outdoors.
