Motivated by a desire to actively contribute to better healthcare, Brian and Nadine founded EHdK in 2014. Their experience at other consultancy firms had convinced them that things could—and should—be done differently. Not a traditional consultancy with conventional consultants, but a hands-on team of committed, enthusiastic young professionals working every day to help clients drive progress and create momentum. That was the start of EHdK: the action-driven consultancy.
In recent years, the action-driven consultancy EHdK has grown into a thriving team of talented professionals. In 2021, Pim Candel and Jenneke Aartsen joined as co-owners, followed by Sofia Rapsaniotis and Jos Smeenge in 2024.

We offer intensive training and development programmes that promote a steep learning curve—both professionally and personally.
