Pit is driven by the question of how care can be organized in a more accessible, people-oriented and future-proof way. During his studies in Management, Policy Analysis & Entrepreneurship at the VU, his fascination for systems – and especially for how to get them moving – grew. For Pit, the key lies in cooperation: when people are connected, space for real progress is created.
Within EHdK, Pit works on trajectories in which strategy and practice come together, such as the further development of family support, strengthening suicide prevention and drawing up transformation plans within the Integral Care Agreement. He is always looking for missing steps, better information flows and joint results that matter.
Pit brings calm and overview to complex processes. With an analytical and structured approach, he connects professionals, policymakers and administrators and helps give direction and movement to projects.
Pit has a love of music and loves it when his house is neat and tidy.
